
Life Member
A life member is one who has reached the age of 65 years by January 1 of the year the application is made and has been an active member of the state association for at least 30 continuous years. Upon application to the association, such person may be designated a life member following the approval of the executive board. A life member shall be exempt from paying dues. Such life member may participate in association activities and serve on the committees but may not hold elective office or serve as a member of the executive board. This individual shall not be allowed to vote.
